Villa Kayra is an impressive ultra luxurious 5 bedroom villa located on the hillside of Kalkan in the highşy sought after area of Kalamar. Its elevated position provides amazing panoramic sea views, surrounded by the distant mountains, and all the goings on of Kalkan below.
There is nothing more relaxing than bathing in the infinity pool, looking out to the deep blue sea and watching the boats come and go from the bay.
The poolside area complete with sun loungers, parasols, outdoor furniture and bar area allow you to make the most of the beautiful surroundings, and you will notice how serene and calming the view is. The inside of the villa is oozing with luxury, style, and comfort with the large open plan ground floor which combines the modern kitchen, dining area, and living area, and the bedrooms upstairs all provide the same sea views, and there is even a double jacuzzi bath for our guest’s ultimate relaxation.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Double bed, dressing room and shower room en suite with private balcony.
Bedroom 2: Double bed, shower room en suite and Jacuzzi bath with shared balcony.
Bedroom 3: Twin beds, dressing room and shower room en suite with shared balcony.
Bedroom 4: Master double bedroom, dressing area, shower room en suite and jacuzzi with shared balcony.
Bedroom 5: Twin beds, dressing area and shower room en suite with shared balcony.
Living Room:
Extra large and spacious living area, with a TV seating area and another seating area for reading/relaxing etc (books are available in the villa), quality and luxurious furniture with Satellite TV (limited English channels), DVD Player, CD player, Fireplace, WiFi, Air conditioning.
Kitchen:
Ultra modern and luxury kitchen fully equipped with Dishwasher, Fridge and Freezer with ice-maker, Microwave, and fully stocked with all kitchen ware. Large dining table and chairs just off the kitchen, as well as outside dining area.
Outside:
Large, private infinity swimming pool and Jacuzzi pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor dining furniture, BBQ, bar area, and table tennis.
Pool dimensions:
11.5m x 4.5m, depth 1.7m.
Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service:
Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.
Damage Deposit:
an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.
Check-in time: 4pm.
Check-out time: 10am.
For early check-in or late check-out an extra night will need to be booked.
Rentals Terms
A deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 8 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £100-200 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses. Cancellation charges :- Up to 8 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 8 and 2 weeks prior departure 50% 2 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 4pm Check-out time 10am
